Calendar, Events, Parties & Clubhouse Rentals
Events are listed on the calendar below. Members can rent the Main Hall or the Lounge, including use of a full kitchen and upper deck. Pool Party reservations can also be made during the summer.

Lounge Rentals
The Club Lounge can accommodate parties up to 40. Availability can be seen in the Event/Rental Calendar below.
Lounge rentals include use of the lounge, kitchen, outside bar, ice machine, and upper deck area. The kitchen has a double oven, convection microwave, double wide refrigerator, and separate freezer. Table and chairs are available. Security and liability insurance is required for hall rentals.
Main Hall Rentals
The Main Hall can accommodate parties up to 150 sitting or 200 standing. Availability can be seen in the Event/Rental Calendar below.
Hall rentals include use of hall, lounge, kitchen, outside bar, ice maker, and upper deck area. The kitchen has a double oven, convection oven, microwave, double wide refrigerator, and separate freezer. Table and chairs are available. Security and liability insurance is required for hall rentals.
Pool Parties
Pool Party requests can be made through the Pool Party Request Form (link is above). There can be no more than 3 pool parties on a single day with no more than 100 attendees across all parties that day. Availability can be seen in the Event/Rental Calendar below.
There are no reservation fees, but guest fees are $5 for non-members who attend the party.
Requests must be filled out at least 7 days in advance. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Each party is limited to 2 tables, 6 additional chairs, and a maximum of 50 people. Please note: Ice maker is not available if there is a hall or lounge rental on the same day.
