Pool Party Request Form

If you are planning a pool party, please make sure you turn in your Pool Party Request Form to the office at least 7 days prior to your party.

Capital Improvement Fund

We had a number of inquiries recently on how to donate funds toward a new swim team record board.  We have records dating back to 1974 that have yet to be broken, and we want to display them proudly!  We have set up a separate capital improvement fund that will go toward purchasing a record board and other major capital purchases such as lane lines that are not covered in our normal operating budget.  The record board alone costs over $2,000 and we've had several donations come through already.  With the number of homes within the Rancho community, even $5 or $10 will go a long way toward reaching our goal.  If you are able to give a tax deductible donation, please make checks payable to Santa Teresa Sea Otters.  You can write "donation" on the memo line and turn it in the the club office or mailbox.  I will keep you updated on the progress and let you know how close we are to achieving our goal.  Thank you for your support.
