Our Sea Otters have been in the water practicing for over a month and our fantastic coaching staff is working hard so they are ready, for what will surely be a fantastic 2018 Sea Otters Season.
I’m excited to share our team is approximately 180 swimmers strong. Along with our returning families, we have 15 new Sea Otter families this season and a total of 26 new swimmers. We’re thrilled our Sea Otters community continues to grow.
Thank you to all of the families who came out for our Meet & Greet in April. Congratulations to the Gianocaro Family who won the Sea Otters lawn sign raffle. We know your Sea Otter spirit will be seen at your house all season!
Finally, we’re getting closer to kicking off the season with Team Pictures on 5/17 and our Time Trials Meet (aka, the Donut Meet) on 5/19. The Donut Meet is our practice meet where we record seed times for all of our swimmers and get our parent volunteers back in action. The full season’s schedule is below and more details will be coming out very soon.

South Valley Stingrays is a year-round swim team. It is our goal to create an environment where children will learn the sport of swimming and have a great time doing so. Every member of our staff has a great passion for swimming and are on a mission to help others discover their own passion for swimming. Jerry Bozzo, our head coach, has been a coach for more than 30 years and has been a part of many major swim teams. southvalleystingrays.com
